Director of Trace Laboratories - Midwest

Paul has been with Trace Laboratories for 12 years. He began his career as a project engineer, working closely with our parent company to support high volume manufacturing. In this position, Paul was responsible for designing and building End-of-Line-Testers (EOLTs) as well as laboratory test equipment. From there Paul became the manager of the EOLT group and eventually the Director of Trace Laboratories – Midwest.

Fabrication Manager

Darin began his 14 year stint as a laboratory test technician. He advanced from there to become a Research and Development Engineer where he worked closely with our parent company design engineering teams to develop and test new products. Darin’s advancement continued as he became a Fabrication Project Engineer where he was responsible for the design and fabrication of EOLT’s and laboratory test equipment. The next logical step was for Darin to become the Fabrication Manager, a position he holds today.

Program Manager

Chuck’s 21 years began as a laboratory test technician. He then moved to our parent company where he worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and as a Quality Engineer for a short period of time before returning to the laboratory as a test planner. Chuck recently returned from Mexico where he was a laboratory manager. In his current position as a Program Manager, Chuck works directly with our customers to ensure that Trace Laboratories performs quality testing to our customer’s specifications and timelines.

Program Manager

Troy is our junior program manager with only 5 years with Trace Laboratories. In this short period of time, he has worked his way through the laboratory, beginning as a test technician, and advancing to become one of two lead test technicians responsible in the laboratories. Troy is currently our junior program manager working daily with our customers to ensure that Trace Laboratories meets all of their requirements.

Department Administrator

In her 26 years, Cathy has worked as a Quality Line Inspector, 1st piece inspector and as the mold room department administrator within our parent companies high volume manufacturing environment. More recently, Cathy has joined the Trace Laboratory team as our department administrator, bringing many years of experience in both quality and administrative functions.
